The Regional YMCA’s Maintain Don’t Gain program used digital platforms for its promotions. Social media posts on Facebook and Instagram were followed by an email to the community. A flyer was created for students to bring home from the YMCA childcare program.
The email had a 24% Open Rate to Y Members and the community. As of 2020 the Regional YMCA Facebook page has 3,784 followers and 1,149 Instagram followers.
